Welcome to Nutribial. These terms apply when you visit or buy from nutribial.com. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them..

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error, and if we do, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency (USD or GBP) and may change. We work to keep everything accurate, but if an obvious error slips through we may correct it, and we will never charge you a wrong price without telling you.

Payment and Your Statement

Payment is taken securely at checkout. Your card or bank statement will show the charge as NUTRIBIAL so you can recognise it. If you see a NUTRIBIAL charge you do not recognise, email support@nutribial.com and we will explain or refund it right away.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe and Save, you authorise recurring charges on your chosen cycle until you cancel. You can cancel or pause anytime with no fee. See our Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for details.

If Something Goes Wrong, Contact Us First

If you have any problem with an order, a charge, or a delivery, email support@nutribial.com first and give us a reasonable chance, a few business days, to fix it before opening a chargeback or bank dispute. We resolve almost everything within a day, and a dispute only freezes your money for longer. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Supplement Disclaimer

Nutribial is a food supplement for cats, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Results vary from cat to cat, and it is not a substitute for veterinary care. If your cat is unwell, on medication, pregnant, or a kitten, speak to your vet before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
